That's what this game looks like. To a 'T', with the 16-bit graphics and everything. I really don't understand why this game looks a generation old on the PSX. My guess is they didn't want to spend money developing the game graphically on the Saturn and PSX and just used the Neo Geo CD version for the port. The game does look good all things considered though, with big, recognizable characters and nice looking, Final Fantasy V-esque fight scenes.
