How To Install Gm Mdi Manager Software

Hi i have spent many times to install gm mdi with no success, when i attach usb to pc it ask me for cp2102 driver i found it and install it, mdi manager can not detect my mdi, i triend mant pc many windows many mdi ( i have 3 tools ) same problem any help???
